Studio Policies
These summaries govern the storefront. Full legal pages will be connected before the final production launch.
Payments
Buy-now items are paid in full. Quoted work requires a 50% deposit, with the balance due before printing, pickup, shipping, or final-file release.
Proofs and revisions
Two design rounds are included. One round means one complete list of changes submitted together. Additional rounds are $15.
Turnaround
Digital files 3-5 business days. Paper goods and single items 5-7. Apparel bundles and 3D sublimation 7-10. Large orders and Full Moment suites 10-15.
Rush work
Rush is 25% with a $25 minimum and must be confirmed in writing before payment. No rush inside 5 business days of an event without approval.
Shipping
Local pickup is free. Shipping is $8 under $75 and free at $75 or more. Separate addresses route to quote. Local delivery is not offered at launch.
Digital files
Made to order and delivered by email after proof approval. Personal use only. Final sale once delivered. A second design requires a second file purchase.
Original concepts
CCC retains ownership of original concepts and working files unless transferred in writing. Unpaid proofs may not be copied, printed, or used.
